MVP development

MVP development: the smallest product that tests your idea

We help you decide what version one must do. We build it with weekly demos and launch it to real users.

In short

An MVP, or minimum viable product, is the smallest working version of your product. Real users try it and show you if the idea is worth more work. ShooraTech is an MVP development company in India. We agree the scope in writing, then build with demos. MVP packages start from US$999, with the scope listed.

Who it is for

Founders who want proof before a big build

  • You have an idea and want to test it with real users
  • You need a first version for investors, pilots or early customers
  • Your budget is small and you need to decide what to cut
  • You want a partner who tells you what not to build

What is included

From idea call to launched MVP

Free idea call

Talk for 30 minutes with an engineer. Find out if it can be built, what it may cost and what to cut.

Discovery workshop

We map the scope and user flows, build a clickable prototype and write a quote. It is paid, or credited to the build.

Build with demos

We show working software in a demo, usually every week. You see progress and set the priorities.

Launch help

We help with the release, simple monitoring and a plan for your first users.

Phases

How the work is organized

  1. Free idea call

We check if it can be built, what it may cost and what to leave out of version one.

  2. Discovery workshop

We map the scope and user flows, build a clickable prototype and write a quote.

  3. Build the MVP

We show working software in a demo, usually every week, so you can steer.

  4. Launch and learn

We release it to early users and plan what comes next.

Cost and timeline

What drives price

The cost of an MVP depends on the number of core features and whether you need web, mobile or both. It also depends on connected services such as payments, and on how polished the first version must be. We write down the scope, timeline and price before work starts. Many MVPs take a few weeks to a few months, and we state the time in the quote. See pricing and engagement models for how we price larger work.

Core features

Each feature in version one adds design, build and testing work.

Platforms

Web only, mobile only or both.

Connected services

Payments, maps, email and data from other tools.

Polish

Branding, animation and rare cases take extra time and cost more.

Technology

How we choose it

We pick well-known tools that your next developer can pick up fast. On the server we usually use ASP.NET Core and SQL Server. On the screen we use React for web, and Flutter or React Native for mobile. We host on Azure or AWS. The goal is a first version that is cheap to change when users teach you something.

FAQ

MVP development questions

What is an MVP in software development?

An MVP is a minimum viable product. It is the smallest working version of your product that real users can try. You use it to learn if people want your idea before you pay for a full build.

How much does MVP development cost?

MVP packages start from US$999, with the scope listed. Bigger products are quoted after the discovery workshop. Cost depends on the features, the platforms, connected services and the team size.

How long does an MVP take to build?

It depends on the scope. Many MVPs take a few weeks to a few months. We write the timeline down before work starts, and we update it with you if the plan changes.

What should I cut from version one?

Cut anything that does not help you learn if people want the core idea. Keep one main user journey. We help you decide what to leave out during the idea call and the workshop.

Who owns the code?

Who owns the code is written in your contract. We can sign an NDA before you share details, so you can explain your idea freely on the first call.

Can the MVP grow into the full product?

Often yes. We build it on a base that can grow, and we write notes on how it works. That way our team or another team can keep building on it later.
