How we work
Our software development process, step by step
Clear steps, a weekly demo and written agreements, so you know what we build, why we build it and what it costs.
NDA on requestDemos of working software, usually weeklyPlain-language progress reports
In short
Our software development process has five steps: discovery, plan, build, launch and support. We write down the scope, timeline and price before work starts. We show working software in a demo, usually every week. Quality checks and data care are part of each step. Who owns the code is written in your contract.
The process
Our software development process in five steps
Discovery
We learn about your problem and your users, and write down what you want to achieve.
Plan
We write down the scope, timeline and price before work starts.
Build
We build in short steps and show working software in a demo, usually every week.
Launch
We test the software, release it and hand it over with clear notes for your team.
Support
After launch we can monitor, fix and improve it. Support plans are agreed with you.
Each week
What happens each week
- A demo of working software, not slides
- A short written update: what is done, what is next, and any risks
- A shared board that shows every task and its status
- One named person who answers your questions
- Decisions and changes written down
Quality checks
How we check the work
A second engineer reviews every change before it joins the main code. Automated tests run on each change. A staging site lets you try a release before it goes live.
We test on real phones and browsers. For web work we check page speed and aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility. We list known issues openly.
Security and data care
How we look after your data
We can sign an NDA before you share details. Only the people who work on your project get access to your systems. We remove their access when they leave the project.
Files you upload through our forms are stored privately. We avoid using real client data in test systems. Who owns the code is written in your contract. Company details are on the About page.
Handover
How handover works
We keep your code in a repository and agree who has access. We write documentation so your team or another vendor can take over. Before launch, we walk your team through how everything works.

FAQ
Questions about working with us
What is your software development process?
It has five steps: discovery, plan, build, launch and support. We write down the scope and price first. Then we build in short cycles, with a demo usually every week. Support plans are agreed with you after launch.
How quickly will I hear back?
We usually reply on the same business day. An engineer takes the first call, so you can talk through your project. Use the contact form or book a call.
Will I see progress, or only the final result?
You see progress as we go. We show working software in a demo, usually every week. You also get a short written update and a shared board that you can open when you like.
Who owns the code?
Who owns the code is written in your contract. We can sign an NDA before you share details. Ask about ownership on the first call, and we will put what we agree in writing.
How do you protect our data?
Only the people who work on your project get access. We keep work in controlled environments and avoid real client data in test systems. We can sign an NDA before you share details.
What happens after launch?
Support plans are agreed with you after launch. They can cover fixes, monitoring, updates and small improvements. We also write documentation so your team or another vendor can take over if you choose.
