What we aim for
We want everyone to be able to use shooratech.com. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We do not claim full conformance. Testing is ongoing.
What we build in
- Pages are designed to work with a keyboard alone. They have a visible focus mark and a "Skip to main content" link.
- We choose text and interface colors to meet contrast rules: 4.5 to 1 for text and 3 to 1 for interface parts.
- Pages are designed to work at 200% zoom and at 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
- Each form field has a visible label. Errors are listed in a summary and read out by screen readers.
- Motion follows your "reduce motion" setting, and the home page animation can be paused.
How we test
We run automated checks (axe) on main page types. We test with a keyboard only. We test with screen readers, NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on iPhone. We repeat these tests after changes to parts of the site.
Known limitations
[To be completed after the pre-launch audit. List every known issue here.]
Tell us about a barrier
If you cannot use part of the site, write to accessibility@shooratech.com or use the contact page. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We usually reply on the same business day.
