We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text to analytics or advertising tools. We do not sell personal data.
Who receives your data
We use service providers to run the site and answer enquiries. These include hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and our email and customer record systems. With your consent, we may also use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity. [Final list of service providers and where they process data to confirm.]
Your data may be processed outside your country. Where the law asks for it, we use safeguards for these transfers. We may also share data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We plan to delete enquiries that do not become a project after 24 months. For clients, we keep data for as long as the contract and the law need. We delete uploaded documents with the enquiry, or sooner if you ask. [Retention periods to confirm with counsel.]
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. You can also withdraw consent, object to or limit how we use your data, and ask for a copy.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Use the cookie settings link in the footer, the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority. Indian users can complain to us first, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.

We use encrypted connections, limited access and private storage for uploads. No method of sending or storing data online is fully secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
