We build static sites with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and dynamic sites on .NET and Umbraco. If you already run a PHP site, we can review it first and say whether to update or rebuild it.
Who owns the website, and can you maintain it?
Who owns the code is written in your contract. After launch we can update content, apply security fixes and add pages. Support plans are agreed with you after launch.
